Workplace Assessments


A workplace assessment (also referred to as a workplace audit), is a comprehensive overview of your organization's people practices, at a given point in time.

The assessment involves a detailed review of your organization's policies/procedures, recruitment and retention techniques, organizational structure, employee relations, communication strategies, company culture, performance management tools, compensation philosophy, health and safety compliance and termination processes.

The assessment also includes one on one confidential interviews with all, or a large majority of your organization's employees (dependent on the size of the organization). All of the information collected during the assessment is then compiled and analyzed into a detailed report. The report outlines your organization's needs analysis and highlights any critical areas to address along with recommendations.
You are also presented with a scorecard on the key areas covered.
